Ok, well first of all, if he's flirting w/ u and he says he wants to like get to together and make out, do u really want to date him? seriously, this just sounds like one big headache. if he's doing this to his current gf, he'll probably do it to u too. No offense, but he sounds like a player and u probably don't wanna help him cheat on his gf. But who knows, maybe he just can't decide b/w the two of u or he doesn't wanna hurt her feelings, so he contents himself by going behind her back. sounds kinda unlikely, doesn't it? Besides, if he can't decide, he'll probably cheat and if he doesn't want to hurt her feelings, does this seem like the right way to do it?
