I like this guy who's in my French class at school and I think he likes me because he likes to go out of his way to talk to me and he laughs a lot around me. How can I be sure he likes me and if he does, how can I get him to ask me out or something?

I know this sounds dumb and cliched, but just act friendly to him and maybe ask him to go to the movies if ur going w/ a group of people. Not in a date way. Just say something like, "Are you going to the movies w/ this, that, and the other person." That'll show him ur interested. There's no fool proof way to get a guy to ask u out. Sometimes, they just need a little help, and sometimes, they just can't work up the nerve.
